With fifteen years in the industry and over 500 weddings photographed during this time, I am truly humbled to get to continually create heirlooms with my clients.
THE PROCESS
How it Works
Clients typically reach out initially via my contact form. I am happy to answer any questions you may have or send along a quote for something unique and full galleries for your review!
I am always available for a video or phone chat to answer any questions you may have, and I would love to hear more about you guys & what you're planning!
You've decided, and you're ready to make it official! We'll cheer or toast or perhaps exchange several enthusiastic emojis!
Then, to reserve your preferred date on my shoot calendar, a digital contract and online invoice are sent and completed.
It's as easy as that!
After booking, I send out a detailed questionnaire and then work through logistics to create a custom photography plan based on your unique needs and requests and the logistics of your day. Closer to your Elopement or Wedding date, I love to check-in to see how you're feeling, answer any questions you may have and listen to your thoughts surrounding the big day!
I am with you every step of the way solo
(for Elopements & Micro- Weddings) or with my full Asheville Portrait Co Creative Team (for Traditional Weddings) to ensure that your day is documented in a beautifully artistic, authentic & photojournalistic way. Our presence will be felt like a cool breeze; never intrusive, always welcome, gentle and supportive.
Receiving your photographs may feel like a bookend for this integral life experience, but they're meant serve an important purpose in your lives long after your wedding day has past. These images are meant to serve as beautiful reminders of this remarkable moment in your lives when your memories fade... vivid memories of the beauty of your youth and of the significance of your life-time commitment. My hope is that these images will always bring you back to the way you felt in this moment.
Within 2-4 weeks of your Micro-Wedding or Elopement date, I will deliver an expertly curated, gorgeous, fully-edited online proof gallery for you to share with friends & family, to download your included digital archive, and to select images for your included Heirloom Album!
With your online gallery, you will also have the opportunity to order professional print products for gifting & display as well as wall art, parent albums and announcements or thank you cards!

A private, online proof gallery that can be shared with friends & family!
From within your online gallery, you will have the ability make image selections for your included digital file downloads, & Heirloom Wedding Album. You will also have the opportunity to order Professional Prints, Wall Art, Duplicate / Companion Parent Keepsake Albums, Announcement Cards etc..
WHAT IS AN ONLINE GALLERY?
Sure! If you would like to add additional coverage hours, services or products after booking, you can certainly do that! Any additional costs will be added to your balance due on Wedding Day. If you would like to add an Engagement Session, Bridal Portrait Session or Bridal Boudoir Session those will be contracted and billed separately prior to service.
CAN WE MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOKING?
Because my availability is limited, Reservation Fees are non-refundable for any reason as they secure your requested date on my shoot calendar.
The balance for your Elopement or Micro-Wedding is due on Wedding Day.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS?
A 50% Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is required to reserve your Elopement or Micro-Wedding Date and is due upon contract signing.
WHAT IS the RETAINER?
I can only accept a select number of traditional weddings per year. I can only accept two Elopements & one Micro Wedding each month.
Because of this, my availability is limited & I would strongly encourage you to book your Elopement or Micro Wedding as soon as possible!
